Resiliency is defined as the human ability to adapt in the face of ongoing life challenges and significant stressors. This interactive and personalized session offers a guide to enhance, support, and integrate resiliency and self-care into one’s everyday life.
Provides participants with an in-depth and practical exploration that goes beyond competencies and skill-building. An interactive journey that focuses on building awareness, appreciation, action, and accountability regarding inclusion.
Only members that have previously opted into the Continued L&D Cohort are able to RSVP for this event. In this session, participants will assess and discover the power of being able to lead through your own emotional aptitude as well as leading others in areas of self-awareness, self-management, social awareness, and relating with others.
A workshop designed to help participants better understand their own emotions and the emotions of those they lead.

Utilising the principles of collaboration, first year members will learn how to work with others to develop ideas for action based on existing strengths. Participants will learn about a specific community collaborative effort and hear from leaders guiding the collaborative effort.
