Utilizing assessments, reflections, and dialogue, this session will help continuing members understand Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging as critical leadership factors and how we can be more aware of their own biases and privilege and advocate for real change in their organizations and in the wider community.
First year members will understand basic principles of change and the strengths and motivation they have to help lead through change. They will also discuss how to positively influence and remain flexible in times of change.
Assess and discover the power of being able to lead through your own emotional aptitude as well as leading others in areas of self-awareness, self-management, social awareness, and relating with others.
