First Year L+D, Session 3: Collaborative Leadership
TBDUtilizing the principles of collaboration, first year members will learn how to work with others to develop ideas for action based on existing strengths. Participants will learn about a specific community collaborative effort and hear from leaders guiding the collaborative effort.

TBDBased upon the previous sessions and also the culmination of broad experiences through one year of TB involvement, first year members will do a SOAR (Strengths, Opportunities, Aspirations, and Results) analysis and develop and present new ideas for greater community impact through Torchbearers.
