Service Event: Longest Table Akron

FreeThe Longest Table Akron is a family-friendly, free community potluck hosted by Civic Saturday Akron. The goal of the event is to bring Akronites together for food and conversation, celebrating community and shared civic purpose. Volunteers are needed to help set-up the tables and check-in guests. You are welcome to stay for the meal after the TB5 Service event is over!
VOLUNTEER REQUEST: Between 8-30 volunteers. Specific requests:
- 9-11 am: Support with arranging 30+ tables and 200+ chairs at the event space, setting up the signage, and other set up tasks.
- 11am-1pm: Welcome guests, assist with the check in process and help guests find their table
