Service Event: East CLC Leadership Program Creation

FreeTorchbearers is partnering with East CLC to deliver five leadership and development mini-seminars to seniors pursuing the Ohio Means Jobs seal. This seal supports students in obtaining the credits they need to graduate.
We will create the mini-seminar content with Akron Public Schools. Join a content creation day on March 10, March 17, or March 24 at 3:15-4:15 pm. This is a way to give back and co-create with fellow TB’s!
This date, March 10, we will be delivering content on:
- Teamwork/Collaboration
- Professionalism
Please go to the March 17 and March 24 dates on the calendar to sign up for those content creation meetings.
You can also sign up to virtually deliver a 1-hour presentation of the created content during the week of April 5. Although virtual, this presentation will take place live in front of the students and can be done in groups of 2 or 3! You will also need to attend a pre-presentation training during the week of March 29.

Both the content creation and the seminar presentations will be TB5 events, which means for every hour you serve, you receive 5 participation points. Example: if you do one hour of content creation and sign up to co-lead a seminar with a group of seniors, you will receive 10 points (5 for content creation, and 5 for co-leading a seminar)
