Service Event: Akron Art Museum- The 28th Annual Wine Auction

The annual wine auction is an evening of fabulous art, fine wines, great food and a one-of-a-kind auction experience in the spectacular Beatrice Knapp McDowell Grand Lobby of the Akron Art Museum. More than 250 community leaders, art lovers, and aficionados of fine wine and gourmet dining are expected to attend.

Sponsorship of this event provides a recognizable way for you to support the Akron Art Museum in its mission to invite all people to enrich their lives through modern and contemporary art. Your support helps us continue to offer inspiration and creative experiences with art and artists. We are thrilled to welcome so many to the Museum to learn, play, and grow while connecting with art!

This night always has a fun theme and is a light-hearted, a good time to not only serve but enjoy the arts!
The Museum exists to serve the community and does so by building strong relationships through collaborative partnerships, constructive dialogue, and diverse representation – a great opportunity to support the arts.

Attire is cocktail, but be sure to have or wear comfortable shoes for this event as volunteers will likely be standing for the duration of your shift. The website is themed with black and white this year! The theme is: An Op Art Affair

This is a TB5 Service Event, awarding volunteers with 5 service points per every hour volunteered.
