RMP: Inclusive Leadership

All returning Torchbearers are invited to this virtual Returning Member Programming session via Zoom. The theme will be Diversity & Inclusion with a focus on Inclusive Leadership. Our panelists are Andre Lessears Sr., Director, Office of Diversity & Inclusion, Cleveland Clinic Akron General, and Billy R. Taylor – retired Director of Global Diversity & Inclusion at Goodyear Tire and Rubber Company and Founder / CEO of LinkedXL.

We will hear from these Diversity & Inclusion thought leaders and professional experts of their journey in inclusive leadership- particularly within the Diversity & Inclusion space, and gain insight on how we can continue shaping our own inclusive leadership from their own personal and professional experiences. There will be opportunities for open discussion for TB members including time for Q & A.
