Calling all returning members, the L&D committee is proud to be hosting our first Returning Member Programming (RMP) of the year, Emotional Intelligence, on Saturday, March 21st from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm. Polly Tonti is a highly regarded facilitator in the areas of leadership, presentation skills, interviewing, emotional intelligence, and in the application of Clifton Strengths. She is known for engaging participants and adapting her presentation style to assist class members in applying content. Her expertise in facilitation has earned her ATD’s CPLP certification (Certified Professional in Learning & Performance). Polly Tonti was formerly with Charles Schwab working with senior leaders through front-line managers developing their leadership skills. Polly’s expertise in Strengths and Situational Leadership made her a valued contributor to the success of many Schwab leaders. While at Charter One Bank, Polly led the Corporate Training Department and established career development roadmaps for various management teams.  Sales and career development were her focus while at LensCrafters. Under her leadership, average dollar sales and customer satisfaction scores increased significantly. With this wealth of experience, Polly founded Roots With Wings. Her mission is to support individuals in realizing their maximum potential by applying their talents in both personal and professional interactions. Polly’s full bio can be found here.

Since this RMP builds off the Strengths Finder and DiSC assessment, L&D has decided to limit the session to returning members only at this time.
