It’s time to pack up the bathing suits and flip-flops because sweater weather is here. That’s right, friends! Cozy season is upon us and there won’t be a better time to grab a blanket, curl up on your favorite comfy couch, and join your TB friends for L&D Presents Seasonal Depression.
On November 7th at 6pm, Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor, Lynn Knight will discuss SAD and the ways it impacts us as young professionals and will provide some tips and tools to manage its effects.
