Membership Retreat Day 2

Our membership retreat is an important part of our year as we’ll be learning more about each other, the organization, and the community. You’ll need to RSVP for both the Friday and Saturday sessions. This is not an overnight retreat. 

Purpose

To get to know the organization better, bond as a group, and learn how we can shape the Greater Akron area this year.

Arrival Times

New Members (Class of 2025): 8am
Co-Chairs, Continued L+D Participants: 9am
General (Returning) Members: 10am

Dress Code

The dress code is casual. Stay comfortable. Ed Davis staff has requested that we wear tennis shoes while in the gymnasium, which we’ll be in for some of the afternoon. Please come in tennis shoes or bring a pair to change into for this portion of the day.

What To Bring

Bring a notebook and something to write with or a tablet/computer.

What To Expect

Expect to learn a lot about the organization and our goals. Saturday is when we get more in-depth, it’s a day focused more on building connections and learning.
