2022 Leadership Retreat (Board Only)

For those that have attended in the past, this will be a little bit of a re-imagined experience. We’re going to camp! Don’t worry, it’s heated.

This will be a two-day (overnight) leadership retreat. Our goal is to unify our entire leadership (board on day one, board + co-chairs on day two) going into 2022. Some areas of focus will be:

• Ensuring each committee has strategic goals going into 2022
• Ensuring the organization as a whole has strategic goals going into 2022
• Team building and getting to know each other on a deeper level
• Ensuring we can define each of our roles and expectations of each other for the next year and going forward
• Define our organizational values for which we can use to base future decisions on
