This month we will be meeting at Good Company Akron, home of the 72-hour wing: “We marinate our chicken wings in dry spices for two days. On the third day, we slow braise them. Then we fry them to order and toss them in one of our house sauces or dry spice blends.” I mean come on, that’s just not fair!
