Mid-Year Leadership Retreat

We’re so excited to refocus, recenter, + spend some quality time together on Saturday, May 31. This is going to be a laid back but productive day! This event is just for the 2025 Leadership Team.

Address: Club Treier (AKA Allyse’s parent’s house, lmao) – 833 N. Medina Line Rd. Akron 44333

Parking: Bret will set up some cones for parking in the grass along the right-hand side of the driveway. If you can carpool, I’d encourage it!

Times to arrive: this is going to be different for Board vs. the Co-Chairs, please take note!

• BOARD: Please plan to arrive around 8:45. We are getting started promptly at 9 as we only have an hour to get through our part of the agenda
• CO-CHAIRS: Please plan to arrive around 9:45 for a prompt 10am start!
• Actual retreat will run until 1pm-ish. If you want to stay to hang after, you are welcome to! We’re planning a chill lil pool party at the Treiers, weather permitting! pack some swim stuff if you’d like to swim 🙂

Food: Bring some snackies to share! We will not be providing breakfast, but we will be doing boxed lunches from Mustard Seed. Please submit your order here no later than Sunday so I can get the order in!

Bring: A notebook, a laptop (if you want to, we’ll be referencing our committee goals so it may be easier to read them from there), pens, a water bottle, and snacks if you want them. Swim stuff if you want!
