The learning objectives of the Capstone session are to:

·        Reflect on leadership development from your TB Learning & Development experience

·        Learn from various perspectives on community leadership

·        Think ahead to a continued path with Torchbearers

Our final session will take us on a journey from thinking about this past year- reflecting on your first year in Torchbearers and thinking about how your experience has affected you – to learning about the ways some community leaders are making an impact today – to thinking ahead to the future and what you will do next. ·        Review Goal Setting Plan and finalize your leadership vision, mission and draft goals and have them with you at the session
