L&D Presents: Mindfulness

Join us on August 6th for an outdoor adventure in mindfulness! Presented by Dioswal Cook, Allyse Love, and Lauren Baker – this L&D learning session is open to all Torchbearers! Learn about the different practices of mindfulness, how you can incorporate it into your personal or professional selves, and participate in both a guided meditation and a connect to nature walk.

The event will be held at the fire pit circle at the Summit Metro Parks Big Bend trailhead. Please bring a fold-out chair, a notebook, and something to write with.
