First-Year L&D Session: Leading with Purpose

February 14 @ 8:30 am - 12:00 pm

Free

Session 1 – Leading with Purpose

Utilizing the Enneagram assessment and activities to help define and/or refine leadership values and purpose, this session will emphasize the importance of a leader understanding their “why?”

Participants will leverage the uniqueness of the Enneagram to uncover core motivations that impact how we lead, how we work, and how we communicate and resolve conflict. At the end of the session, participants are encouraged to develop a personal purpose/missions statement based upon their core values.

PARKING – IMPORTANT:

Free parking is available at The Andrew Jackson House – 277 East Mill Street, Akron, OH 44308. (You will see signs for GAR Foundation.) Please park here first. The Cummings Center is only two buildings away.

Once that lot is full, we will have overflow parking available at University of Akron Lot 40 (across the street from the Cummings Center near Lincoln and Mill). If this lot is needed, we’ll have someone outside helping direct you!
