Anniversary Celebration (Volunteers)

The 23rd Anniversary Celebration is Torchbearers’ premier, community-facing event where attendees will receive a state-of-the-organization address from leadership, honor our two award winners, and receive the opportunity to network and bid on various silent auction items. We will need help with set-up, running the event, and clean-up. Dress is business casual. If you plan to enjoy the food, you must purchase a ticket.

Katherine White is the service liaison for the first shift (set-up) from 4-6pm.

Dee Josey is the service liaison for the second shift (event registration/check-in/raffle and silent auction baskets) from 5:30-8:30pm.

Clayton Warren is the service liaison for the third shift (clean-up/tear down) from 8:30-9:30pm.
