2026 Board Retreat

Only 2026 Board Members attend this retreat day.

For those that have attended in the past, we’re going back to camp! Don’t worry, it’s heated and we have plans for weather issues.

This will be a two-day (overnight) leadership retreat. Our goal is to unify our entire leadership (board on day one, board + co-chairs on day two) going into 2026. Some areas of focus will be:

• Ensuring each committee has strategic goals going into 2026
• Ensuring the organization as a whole has strategic goals going into 2026
• Team building and getting to know each other on a deeper level
• Ensuring we can define each of our roles and expectations of each other for the next year and going forward
• Define our organizational values for which we can use to base future decisions on
